About this place
The “two windows” sea cave—natural skylights frame cobalt water hundreds of metres from town.
Ana Kakenga pierces a thin lava ridge so two holes punch straight through to the Pacific, creating living picture frames for photographers. Access involves ladders or steep paths depending on maintenance—ask locally because conditions change after storms. The cave is spiritually significant; enter quietly, avoid loud music, and never throw stones into the blowholes.
Responsible visiting
Crowding at the skylights can erode fragile edges—take turns, limit group size, and never hang from rock lips for photos.
